Ever since I was a boy, I’ve been fascinated by film. Whether it be the film of the big screen or the film of a simple camera, I was captivated by the art of saving moments of time. We’ve all heard the phrase “a picture says a thousand words,” but it’s more than that really. It is through a picture -- whether it’s motion or still -- that we are given a small time machine of sorts. By watching my grandpa’s old reel-to-reels or flipping through my parent’s wedding album, I have observed history. My history. It was for this reason that Stone Blue Productions began. To seize that instant in time that can fade away all too fast. To hold that glow that every couple in love radiates, to capture a baby’s coo or to catch the wistful smile of a mother while she smoothes her daughter’s veil. These are the bits of life to treasure, to share, to create history. Your history. It is my sincere desire to preserve your cherished moments through the instrument of the camera.
